About the Conference
The 48th Conference will cover issues related to the challenges and opportunities in the CEE/SEE financial sector.
It will offer updates on the geopolitical situation and their impact on the CEE economies and banking sector. Expert speakers will also provide assessment of development of the banking sector, the main risks FIs are facing in 2024 and insights from the Correspondent and Trade Finance side.
Bank CEOs will speak about their personal experience in 2024 and expectations for 2025. Digital and platform banking, loan management, payments, compliance and risk management with special focus on sanctions will also be on the agenda.
To conclude the 1-day event, a session on AML and cyber security challenges faced by banks will be held.
The official part of the programme will be followed by the traditional BACEE Award Ceremony.
