Paul explains that ERI focuses on supporting firms by optimising their back-office operations, offering access to a flexible and open platform solution that will also allow them to control costs. When asked about the recent and accelerated digital transformation of the industry, he points out that the change has highlighted inefficiencies in the middle-office, which will put the focus on transformations going from back to front.
